Perhaps..Pink Sheet/Share-Restructuring/Reverse-Split/Unknown Market Move!

You remember what happened the last time they pulled this crap...
They refuse transparency; even to name what market or listing they pursue or provide a definitive date.

And without another big order soon, well that ain't going to bode well for share price either.
And it may get worse after the meeting but before whatever is going to happen actually happens. Markets hate uncertainty and VTSI seems to go out of their way to cause it.
