I received an email response today....FWIW

An open letter to investors,

As the CEO of UBQU (HempLife Today™ I am compelled to offer some additional information in this open letter that I encourage any shareholder to also share with others. For the sake of expediency I have bullet pointed the information here...

• We operate our company stock through the instructions of our SEC attorney and accounting. All relevant information is posted through the OTC and all information is available publicly to all shareholders and potential investors on an equal basis. This is not going to change regardless of how often we are asked.
• All questions from investors must be submitted to our IR departmentInvestors@Ubiquitechsoftware.com Our customer support reps can not answer questions about our stock as they are there to assist our thousands of customers in need of our quality products.
• As the CEO I simply can not field the numerous calls and requests to speak to me directly that we receive daily. Not only is this physically impossible it is also unfair in my opinion to other shareholders. If you have questions please submit by email. If opportunity's are lost because of this so be it, and understand that my job is to run a profitable enterprise which is where my attentions are placed.
• Our press releases are solely for the purpose of keeping our shareholders informed as to all the exciting developments we are involved with. We do not sell shares based on PR and we are certainly not a so called "pump and dump" company. We are a real company with real products and revenues. In fact I do not pay attention to the trading nor share price on a daily basis. I concentrate, along with the other executives in the company, on creating a successful model for our products. The stock will follow.
• Any day to day trading good or bad is completely and totally due to you, the investors in the company. We have no control over this and what you see traded are shares between willing participants. No one at UBQU, nor I, are telling anyone to buy or sell our stock. It is completely up to the individual investor.
• Yes, we are doing a name and symbol change very soon and this has been mentioned in previous PR's. Please bear with us as we bring you this information. As shareholders you will be the first to know. We will also put out regular PR's in order to keep you informed of our growth and our plans for continued growth. We are in an exciting and dynamic industry and we are very proud of what we do.
In closing, I, and all of us at UBQU, consider all shareholders as extremely important. Just as we do our vendors, grow partners, customers and all others. We succeed because of the way that we treat others and the extremely high quality of our products and model. We invite you to come along with us and experience the potentially huge profits that we are seeking for the company. If what we are doing and the way in which we report is not good enough for you then perhaps you need to take a pass on UBQY and allow others to take advantage of being a part of our company.

Sincerely,

James A. Ballas
CEO/ UBQU
