Well, you can take the few bucks you can possibly get or nothing at this point. Maybe ask for paper shares to use as wallpaper or toilet because that is all their worth at this point. I lost a some on this also, but got a bit out and something is better than nothing. If they don't have the money for a 10K do they even have enough for a PR placement? If they have been quiet for 5 months do you really think they will do anything? Common sense says no.

Sure it is great advice. Take what you can and the write off at year end or get nothing and wait to take the write off in the future. You cannot change the facts here. They are what they are whether you like them or not you cannot sugar coat it.
