Can't blame them, according to the last 10Q, the company should run out of money at any time.
I wouldn't rule out the company using stock to pay off debts, though. They did it in the past. I'm not sure they would. The company had only a slight majority of voting shares. Dumping a few million shares might give the minority shareholders too much leverage when it comes time for a company vote.
