But Management just stated on Aug. 17th they're building around a "Strong Stock Structure". Also explains why they haven't issued those 440M shares as of yet. Clearly Management has bigger plans for the SP. As long as Luis Vega holds his 35M... I'll hold my 4. See ya @ QX.
