I see where they are asking for shareholders to keep the same board members. I don't know anything about that, so I am neutral, but I also read they want to increase available shares to 500,000,000. I think they are now authorized to sell 400,000,000. If they are going to be making money this makes no sense unless a potential partner wants a stock position in order to get into a joint mining venture. 100M shares for them. Is that possible?
