According to the Order, yes, all shares will be canceled. But I am anticipating shareholders to benefit from this whole process. It could be a merger, a buyout, a payout to shareholders or something undefined at this point.

Because Payroll Funding, who is owed over $555K, has been relegated from the new owner of all shares of AmeriResource (POR) to a designee (Order) and AmeriResource still retains ownership of shares (Order), there may be some disputes or suits that would result in an outcome that would benefit shareholders. What that is no one knows here.

So even though all shares are scheduled to be canceled by the Order, I have hope that in the end, shareholders will be benefiting.
