That's partially true. What we do know isn't good. Yield sign, no filings, and raised A/S. They aren't filing for a reason. They don't want to show how many shares they are selling. I don't believe BK is an option here. It's more likely they R/S and bleed as much $ as possible out of the gullible shareholders. BK's are for companies that actually care about doing business in the near future. This is not one of them IMO.
