Muvucker has a point...

It doesn't really matter that the company hasn't filed a report in almost a year...
It doesn't really matter that the company's own CEO doesn't even bother to list a phone number
FOR HIS OWN COMPANY anymore.

What's important is that no one (especially shareholders who have essentially lost everything anyway)
should "jump" to any conclusions about the state of this company.

After all, since they don't file...
we can't possibly know anything...
