IX. RESTITUTION
In exchange for benefits received under this Plea Agreement, the defendant agrees to make full restitution in the amount of $35,000,000.00
in US. Currency to the victims of the crimes. The defendant cannot discharge his restitution obligation through bankruptcy proceedings.
The defendant acknowledges that restitution payments and obligations cannot offset or reduce the amount of any forfeiture judgment imposed in this case.

X. FORFEITURE
The defendant knowingly and voluntarily:
A. Agrees to the District Court imposing an in personam criminal
forfeiture money judgment of $35,000,000, held jointly and severally liable With any
codefendants;
