It wasn't when the bill past, which would be Nov... It was when the laws went into effect that the 2014 BOOM happened. The laws were passed in 2013..

IMO Nov prob won't do anything. It'll be when the State Law, in this case CA, actually goes into effect.. From now until then who knows what'll happen and if any other catalysts come in.. If you ask me the biggest of the year would've been DEA reschedule. That didn't happen so I see this along with most others most likely lying dormant for a while with maybe small spikes and small dips. All IMO, let's see what happens.

With that being said, Financials meant something to someone... Hence the massive dumping all week.
