For now I'm using kinda 6 million outstanding shares although the float will stay much much lower I guess. The thing is that below 1 I'm feeling good about a trading position given the fact that we will get an aquisition, we have the financing done at 1.20 and given the fact that this usually trades very thin (except yday) and it has a history of promos and stuff. It can certainly go even lower from here in the short term but with 17 million in sales and an aquisition coming I wouldn't want to miss at least a small position here at these prices. But that's just me, I'm a trader and if it hits 1.20 within the next few months I might be gone again or not, depends then on the situation. I hope management doesn't screw it up further. I know they had a vision to go Nasdaq for a long time, obviously they would need a small RS now to do it.

I think this is manipulated here and an overreaction. We will see. Not betting the farm.
