My guess is Sileas cashed-in $2.5M worth of his Class A's which at $2.50 conversion makes a little over 1 M Shares at which they can only hold 9.9% of the OS - The 10Q

State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common equity, as of June 26, 2016: 1,621,145 shares of common stock.

At a 1M shares converted makes Sileas hold 66% of the OS - In the filings he can hold only 9.9% of the OS

Sileas has to sell in my Opinion

And he did that leading up to Yesterday and then now gets the new conversion price as the S-1

OS has climbed with the S-1 and he'll buy back now cause price is below his selling of the $2.50 range to get to 9.9% and with the OS grown because of S-1 he can add shares to his 9.9% that he can hold and below his new conversion price - These are a good buy
