That's possible. That part of the delay is more negotiations on a tactical plan. With Li on the BOD and two more of his choosing coming on board when the money is transferred. It will give him a strong voting block. The balance of power will change. So there may be a major issue as you said....and that's being worked out...but I don't think APPLE would allow it to fall through, If APPLE wants this to happen....and I think they are greatly involved in this....so perhaps the negotiations are not with Steipp, but with APPLE...or a combination. It is APPLES patents in the CIP. Perhaps EONTEC
becoming the manufacturer of APPLE phones may be on the table, and also with the China government.
I think that Touring phone is playing a big part.
Quite a tangled web if people step back and think of all the possibilities.
