200,000 sqft is ALOT!
Especially when coming from what 30,000 sqft??
Seems to me it would make more sense that ITD acquired the facility and made significant upgraded to docks, lighting and painting so they can build this 55,000 sqft hospital they referenced last November and that it can be fully assembled, tested and functional before shipping to Guinea as referenced in same article and in articles from Kallos staff visits to local hospitals.
