The Canadian company start-CEN Biotech has granted a loan Ukrainian company "Ken Biotech Ukraine" in the amount of $ 310.188 thousand. It is noteworthy that Canadians are engaged in cultivation of marijuana and about the purpose of the loan do not apply.

This was reported by the Canadian company CEN Biotech Inc.

CEN Biotech company was founded in August of 2013, is studying agronomy and pharmaceutical principles of cultivation, sale, processing and delivery of medical marijuana in the framework approved in Canada for the use of medical marijuana program for medicinal purposes (Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations). The company is also exploring similar opportunities in other countries with similar programs.

It should be noted that the company "Ken Biotech Ukraine" is the original brainchild of Canadian CEN Biotech, founded by its president Bill Chaabanom, owns 51% of share capital for the study of agricultural and pharmaceutical prospects in Ukraine.
