Full disclosure, you are absolutely incorrect. Suggest you review the convertible note sections of the annual report, and the many notes that Mexus owes on that are in default.

Doesn't mean this won't work out, but there is plenty of debt to go around.

Just need revenues from gold production to turn the tables.
