The company stop any filing with the SEC - there isn't any reason to believe that they would file a Form 4.

My guess is that HJOE will file a Form 15 and officially go dark.

Adamson has problems providing truthful information - he posted hundreds of times he was going to a luxury resort to sign a contract with a 100 year old company...

But he was caught lying - he was attending a wedding.

He lied about the Hangover recovery shot being sold in over 30,000 locations in a crowdfunding campaign.

He lied about a $10 million contract to sale the hangover recovery shot in Japan - now it is the nonsense about Cure Korea.

The list is almost endless of all of the false and misleading information provided by HJOE/Adamson.

Adamson is a convicted felon for credit card fraud.

Then Adamson was busted for selling knock off purses.

I suggest you do some DD on a company before investing.
