they ipo'ed around $10 pps and each year since, returned +30% (which beats the market average), so yes..... early investors were elated w/ the tesla deal!

my point was, its irrelevant REVO is carrying piddly debt, as there are plenty of other Solar City type company examples, currently trading holding debt and making no money.... even on the Big Boards..... what it comes down to is relevant technology w/ the future potential to be monetized......
