I'm fine with Flaherty and Brazil getting no jail time (especially Flaherty). In this case their cooperation went way beyond just testifying against Weed. Flaherty clearly helped the FBI with a few uncover stings that helped get Indictments and convictions against some really bad people in some other stock frauds, but I did not understand them lowering the amount of restitution due to the cooperation. Turns out I was misunderstanding the SEC statement and that's not the case.

So the original Order of payment was a forfeiture that was collected and the new restitution order is separate from what was forfeited earlier by the Defendants.
