2nd why would they create interest bearing shares if what you say is true..
how is a company that's traded less than 100 million shares in over a year, labled caveat emptur buyer beware and is only match traded even remotely in danger of a hostile take over?

"if" theres money coming in those shares will be utilized for purposes of diverting any capitol to those that own them.. that is the only reason for their existence..
