oh yes. tesla investors were super stoked about that deal lol..

considering this company has no assets no products and no income, gave away the patents and aren't getting the new ones. 3 million dollars is massive.

with no way to service the debt via share dumps it will continue to climb..

debt is debt.. its owed.. if it cant be paid its massive. debt is relative to income. pretty basic.

even if it was 5 digit debt which it isn't shareholders are clearly not lol'ing about how well their investments are doing here.
