thehondomeister- Yes. The key tip off was the base formed at a higher level than that of the previous base. Additionally and during its formation, it tested successfully at higher lows and higher highs albeit ever so slightly.
Now watch for the congestion around $2/sh. Should run into resistance as it approaches there.

This as you say could be a change in direction.........finally. Mine is not to question why; just to observe the technical signals. Still, we both know how quickly things change.
I added a tad more today but I'm not betting the farm on this or anything else.
