Could the 10k be held up because Paul is preparing to sell the mcig shell and take the construction and vtcq llc private? I can't help but think the vtcq sale was a test run.

I realize this may be a reach, but it has me thinking. What else could possibly be holding up the 10k aside from some major accounting violations?
