It is 100% guaranteed that the ARIOQ equity interest (common and preferred shares) will be canceled.

As anyone can see Hofmeister hasn't submitted the court documents to FINRA - you still see the Q.

ARIOQ LOL What happened to all the guarantees of the promised cancelation of commons. Still trading here ARIO

It is still listed but it is trading less than a grey sheet stock.

All investors understand that ARIOQ is a dead man walking.
