Inquisitiveinvestor...if I may partly answer the question. I am turning positive on the stock as I see where the charts/technical side of Cappy has improved....it has been basing for some time. I think that hopester sees the same thing. I would also think that Wild Bill see's positive things happening in his technical world.
The big question is....will it continue upward and how high?
Time will tell...
