As the CEO front man of a scam company like NBRI all he has to do is sign the filings and lie to investors. PL knew exactly what he was doing when he signed all of those toxic notes.



No proof king Leo knew anything!!!$$$ He hired a team of world class miners and had a road map called the whiter then white channel to no dilution..also we had the blacker then black channel plan......its going as planned.....60 feet to paradise.....although some say otherwise ;)
