Based on what? The plethora of information Matt has given us? I was once a firm believer, now I am with the others. This man was full of nothing but broken promises and misdirection.

He wants to merge a company into BCAP, but why would anyone want to do business with this man who makes big promises and never delivers a thing?

Credibility: noun 1. the quality of being believable or
worthy of trust: After all those lies, his credibility was at a low
ebb.
