No, all the trades today are from today. Often times though you will see trades after the markets close on penny stock tickers and the price may show up or down from the actual closing price. Those are actually trades from during the day that market makers are posting after the close to close out their daily orders. So, in essence, they traded during the day but were reported after the close. Doesn't affect the closing price though.
