I'm learning here so I ask a lot of questions. Checking the OTC on TRTC I see the A/S is 350M the O/S is 349,911,822 When the O/S reaches A/S What happens? One of three possible outcomes? 1) Company buys back shares to reduce O/S 2) Company increases the A/S 3) A R/S Is my understanding of this situation correct or are there other options. Thanks
