SJM I'm very happy you missed it, Trueheart! Company had a nice EPS beat (I'll report in a minute- got up and spot checked the SJM news and then went out for breakfast, in no hurry to report for duty- knew I'd be waiting out the sell-off) but revenues slid on a decline in pet food sales due to keen competition. Earnings Guidance was re-iterated.
We'll finish up Earnings season with two more ER plays this week then move to bounce plays
For our Earnings plays, it started slow, rose to crescendo and now going out with a whimper. Thus, mirroring the vicissitudes of stock trading.
A good thing is nearly all the picks were highly rated and will eventually redeem themselves in anyone's portfolio.
