Monday, August 22@ 7:20PM: the SEC is going to require us to finish the June 30 year end audit, which will be in about 3 weeks, and file an Amendment to the Form 10 with current information. Once that is done, they will issue a "No Further Comment" Letter and we can uplist to the OTC QB.

Odd.. I don't see any PR about that, do you?

Why did Jerry say the SEC was done, when they aren't?
