“Amendment 64 allows for the legal ‘gifting’ of marijuana to other Colorado residents over the age of 21 without renumeration. We have several Cannabis-Related domains as well as other assets that would fit this project and allow us to develop this site. Obviously staying within the rules is paramount and we want to assure our shareholders and followers that we are reaching out to cannabis industry proponents, advocates and legal experts to do just that. It is important to note that neither Cannabis-X nor Greenway Design Group will ever take possession of or physically distribute any legal or illegal Cannabis products in any form, instead, attempt to connect those legally gifting without renumeration via a website.
