probably not under investigation...so probably never IMO....many like to say these pink stocks are to make it sound threatening to potential investors...don't believe it because only a fraction of OTC stocks are being investigated by the SEC and if they are it is kept totally in house and unaware of to the public.

You got to be tough to be green in a pink world!!
