that's all this company does - dilute

its habitual - constant - and non-stop

how are you going to attract new investors when that's all management does - is dilute their shareholders?

what's not to get - this is TOXIC

until such time as they raise between $12-16-Mil to take out Magna with

fat chance of that happening anytime soon

ESS hasn't even started Ph. 2 yet - good grief
