There's still a serious problem here that nobody seems to be able to address.

Eric Kelly's share count in the proxy circular is 160K shares lower than his last insider filing.

The only explanations I can see (IMHO) are:

1) he has sold shares without filing the proper reports

2) the company has filed an erroneous proxy circular

3) his previous insider trade filings are wrong.


Any other explanations out there?

Presumably the proxy is the most up-to-date information out there. If so it would be a major problem IMHO if he blew out stock and didn't file. If he did it between May 7 (his last filing date which showed 1,278,436 shares) and June 30, he got out 30-50% higher than today). If he did it after June 30 that would be in the blackout period which is even worse.

Looking for any honest explanations here.....
