Just a minor correction ZPaul. What we are all waiting for is a Filing for a Dismissal (ala Microsoft blue print). Based on the Microsoft case, we are expecting this on or about Sept. 11, 2016 for the 2 defendants who answered on Aug. 11. For Defendant Centrify, we are still waiting for their answer. As i have said in the past, these may all be a Done Deal. It is just a matter of ironing the terms and conditions of the Settlement. Will we hear a Dismissal for the remainder of August? Most likely NOT (based on the Microsoft blueprint again). However, when September hits and gets close to the 9/11 date, then let me just put it this way, You have to be Stupid not to be in it. Even the traders and the flippers know that!! GLTA.
