Just because they didn't sell anything doesn't make them a scam they were a startup company takes time to get the revenue to flow in... the business model pharmajanes was coming along quite nicely... The incessant calls and prodding by unnamed individuals probably activated the SEC to Halt the trading and then throw it onto the greys... nothing that has been claimed in the way of prosecution or jail excetera has ever come into fruition...
