Look at the current timeline on NNVC website...



I can find no timeline. There is, however, a pipeline which is pretty much useless as no dates or time frames are given. This gives NNVC cart blanche: they can never be held accountable for adhering to a timeline since it never existed (at least on the current 2016 website).

They can continue to spew their incessant drivel and use their favorite adverb: soon.
