What most don't get.
First the regulatory side.
The ultra low THC hemp seed for farming is not the issue.
Here is the issue. The DEA uses a special camera which picks up certain colors when doing large sweeps of ares looking for illegal Cannabis.
The new hemp for fiber seed and cannabis return the same image making it impossible to distinguish in the air. That was the #1 gripe the DEA had about hemp the FIBER. Trivial? They didn't think so I guess the outcome shows, right?
#2. Unfortunately the VERY UPHILL BATTLE for getting cannabis accepted (from my point of view as a viable medical drug) is that the recreational side uses the same thing.
And it suffers a druggie image--I am not debating if that image is accurate--just telling the story as it plays out in Washington.
Separating the two hasn't really worked well to date.
Look at the poster boy (Perlowin) for HEMP FIBER--a FELON, currently heading up a company with losses NOW in access of $20,000,000 which produces absolutely nothing and is under a securities investigation. (nice version)

I have been approached as a recognized liberal minded leader in North Carolina Farming community, as well as in Vermont--to consider growing hemp fiber to improve the image.
I chose not to, because the crop is not worth spit--sorry that is the fact, and none of you in two years on this board have posted VERIFIABLE crop reports to the contrary. Because there are non its a losers crop. Kenaf ditto.
Instead I have put my back into the MEDICAL side, and am doing it BY THE BOOK.
Long after this HEMP INC is an ugly memory, and Bruce Perlowin is again behind bars, we will be moving people to the left on this issue and will--EVENTUALLY win. SLOW, HARD WORK.
That seems to scare most of these fly by night scams we see dropping like flies. Make a scam buck off the investor and Scram HEMP, ERBB, FUTL, common go look!
Get rid of amateur hour and let the well heeled professionals take the reins and GET IT DONE!
