Long term investor. This Natcore PR states: "Natcore Technology Inc. has signed a memorandum of understanding..."

A 'Memorandum of Understanding' is also known as an 'MOU'. MOUs are generally used to document a relationship of goodwill between the parties to the MOU. MOUs are generally not legally binding (however note that a MOU may be legally binding if it satisfies all of the six elements of a Contract).

I am wondering about how binding this 'Memorandum of Understanding' is ... and to what degree of 'the six elements' it constitutes... many are seeing it as a 'contract', it seems... is it?, or is it a statement of goodwill?
