At least Carl is a CPA
So maybe KUSH, if it ever gets up and running as a public company, can file timely quarterly reports. Because of Sanko's opaqueness about current operating status of the business, I'm not optimistic that we'll see KUSH become a publicly traded entity until there is more Marijuana-industry hype (possibly 2017+).

Nevertheless, I enjoy seeing the KUSH shares in my brokerage account at the very least...Especially since CBDS shareholders were blindly robbed by the failure to deliver a forward split.
