SEC NitPicking - well so much for Ken Manzo thinking the SEC was just NitPicking!!

Once upon a time Kenny transferred the wonder bug patent to the company in exchange for a ton of stock.

Now that process has reversed. He exits the market with his wonder bug patent (surprise), and the $15K claimed to have been on the books. Along with the infamous hot seller Baby Burp formula product on Amazon. MNZO now gets back his worthless stock. Assuming there's anyone left on the inside to formalize it with the TA.

Pumpers so far have the worthless paper stock entering into a R/M. Or pretending Kenny lied, and didn't take the wonder bug asset (worthless patent) with him. I'm expecting more creative attempts at entertainment.

It meets the condition of being a Zombie stock: No management or insiders who can pump it. No assets. Just paper trading in the breeze.

Neither can Barton do much about it. There's nothing left for Bart to get any of his other scams to buy.
