I didnt see message. All my press releases were 100% truthful. They had an issue that I did not disclose that Jay Sharma would be sharing the profits. He is NOT sharing profits. A small royalty, yes. When they asked me questions I answered "12 years ago we agreed that we would split the cost now and share rewards, if any, later on. " They are holding that statement as testimony and are misinterpreting it. Also, the testing is ongoing and we are still following peoples results. I put out a pr stating it was completed. That part was completed but we decided to follow the test subjects, and I added a few more. Seems like they are nit picking.
