An easy call by Goldman. Attempts have already been made, so the question really is;...will Denner and BOD agree to be "bought". Price is a HUGE consideration at this juncture. More good happenings forthcoming, so why sell! New management at ARIAD came to ARIA from huge jobs and compensation. They will not "sell" unless a HUGE gain in PPS. Why should they! Looks more like a possible M&A to a degree to us. That would be with management still in place,with authority and added compensation, etc. Lastly, if it were not for the corruption at the FDA this Stock would be 50+ right now!One must study the Oct.9th, 2013 74% ,3 minute drop in PPS in depth to understand this statement.
