A MUST READ FOR FPVD INVESTERS.....................

Its interesting orders were received by Homeland Security...normally any awards for gov orders or contracts
are solicited through the rigorous bidding process, where companies must pass several protocals before they can even be considered for bids. How is it FPVD is awarded this special treatment ? Makes you wonder who is pulling strings for FPVD.

Gov insider retired four star General James J. Lindsay ...was a member of the board for Law Enforcement Associates with Feldman and by all accounts a close personal friend.
General Lindsay organized and served as first commander of congressionally mandated U.S Special Operations Command,
comprised of Special Operations Forces of all services: Navy Seals; Army Rangers and Green Berets; Air Force Air Commandos;
and the counter-terrorist joint task force. Unique responsibilities in the areas of: research, development,
acquisition, procurement, programming and budgeting. Only one of ten Department of Defense unified commands with own
separate (from Army, Navy, and Air Force) program and budget--$3.1 billion annually.
A well connected insider that could very well influence gov contracts and orders for FPVD.

Long time Carolina senator Tony Rand and Paul Feldman have a long business relationship.
Rand was chairman of the board of Law Enforcement Associates Corp along with Feldman. Rand served on the Washington budget committee for several years and was well connected with gov appropriations while in the senate. Tony Rand was sued by Feldman for insider trading...as a whistleblower Feldman was fired from his position as president he held for 20 years. Feldman lost his suit.
A testament to Feldmans character and surely there are Washington contacts that remain from his experience with Tony Rand.
Could there be a connection here on new gov contracts and orders? Without a doubt Feldman knows his way around Washington and what it takes to grease the wheels.

Senator John H. Carrington...another board member of Law Enforcement Associates Corp along with Paul Feldman.
He headed a major company in the evidence-collection and security business. In 2005, Carrington was charged with illegally exporting evidence-collection gear to China and took a plea bargain in December 2005 to felony charges in which he has been fined $850,000. One of his companies also took a plea agreement in the matter.
Feldman accused LEA of working with a company called Safesource that is 50 percent controlled by former LEA owner John Carrington to sell police department-related equipment that Carrington later exported to the Dominican Republic. Carrington was banned at the time for five years from selling goods for export.

Paul Feldman is well known and well respected in the industry and in Washington back rooms, this goes without saying.
He has made some enemies along the way...but don't forget, the old saying, enemy of my enemy is my friend. Politicians and power brokers often make strange bedfellows when self interests are at stake.
Has he positioned himself to take advantage of his extensive military and police networking ?...without question.
Are there powerful political and military brokers who might have an interest in the success of FPVD?..absolutely.
140 million shares traded in three days...who is buying all these shares?
