We might as well skip Q1+Q2 because most of the money is made in the 2nd half of the year.

They made $69M during the first nine months of 2015.
So I think the distribution looks something like this

Q1 10%
Q2 10%
Q3 40%
Q4 40%

Which means we should see $41M in Q4 and $110M for the whole year or EPS = 0.70.

By the end of the year they should have between $200M and $250M in cash, minus what they already invested.

Suppose they pay out 10% of that money to the shareholders as compensation for the loss in book value (or they could make up another reason) and exclude the parent. Then we are looking at more than $1/share dividend. If they do it, nobody will ever question the company again. The stock would never drop below a $1 (or $2) ever again. Money = power. And they have both now. They just have to utilize it.
