Who is Warren Ziegler and what is his current involvement with scam company STOY.

Here you find in an S-1 registration statement filed with the SEC by STOY that Warren Ziegler received $46,500 worth of STOY "Shares issued to non-affiliate in compensation for services at negotiated price"
