Anthony, I believe they were out of options. They did so many secondaries , hence 150 million outstanding shares. They were out of financing options monetarily. Companies that were funding them to keep the lights on were done.." it was the way their lawyers handled it ." the IP that is.. .... I feel optimistic for a very good reason; things that were talked about all coming to fruition. Just waiting on the final piece. Other little things like changing the name to EMP live to distance themselves from shareholders who may have sold when they announced they were filing for chapter 11. Instead of selling, I bought 960 thousand shares at roughly .0007.. over a period of a month or so.. I averaged down to $0.04 a share.. I am hoping that was one of the best moves I ever made in my life
