After reading the article from theguardin, a thought just came to my mind. Carghol and his minions have taken the Clinton model of making millions and protecting their statements about product capabilities to get people to invest all the while knowing that their public misleading statements cannot be called lies because they can twist the meaning of their statements to project whatever they want you to believe. I have to give Cargnol credit he studied the model put it to use and has profited off other people just like the Clintons brilliant to say the least.
